YOUR INFORMATION
We use your details only to run the store and support your order.
When you browse or place an order, we may collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number, order details, device and browsing information, and payment status. Payment card details are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers; we do not store full card information.
We use this information to process and deliver orders, communicate about orders and support requests, prevent fraud, improve the store, and meet legal obligations. We share only the necessary details with Shopify, payment providers, delivery partners and suppliers that fulfil your order.
We use essential cookies to make the store work. With your consent, optional analytics and marketing cookies help us understand how visitors use Drops, measure advertising and improve the store. These may include Google Analytics and Meta technologies. You can decline optional cookies without affecting your ability to browse or place an order.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information where applicable. To make a request or ask a privacy question, email support.drops@gmail.com.
